Leadership Development Group

The joint GHP / UKCPA Leadership Development Group aims to raise awareness of the importance of leadership at all levels and within all areas of pharmacy practice.

The group intends to;

* Build and develop networks to support, coach and mentor colleagues within the profession

* Identify and celebrate role models in leadership and management arenas

* Identify courses and development schemes that people can access to develop their leadership and management areas

* Link with NHS leadership centres or equivalent

* Create and develop an electronic newsgroup to facilitate the sharing of ideas and best practice
